ICE Activity Tracker is a community-sourced platform that allows users to report and view sightings of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity. The Service aggregates user-submitted reports onto an interactive map and provides optional push notifications for nearby activity.
3. User-Submitted Content
Important Disclaimer: All reports displayed on ICE Activity Tracker are user-submitted and unverified. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report. Use this information at your own discretion.
By submitting a report, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and was observed firsthand.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Submit knowingly false reports - This undermines community trust and safety
- Use the Service for harassment, stalking, or targeting individuals
- Attempt to identify, track, or interfere with law enforcement operations
- Submit spam, duplicate reports, or automated submissions
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse prevention measures
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
5. Account Registration
To submit reports, you must verify your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Community Flagging
Users may flag reports they believe to be false or inaccurate. Reports with multiple flags may be hidden pending review. Abuse of the flagging system may result in account suspension.
7. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user at our sole discretion, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to content that violates these terms, is reported as false, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF ANY USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
